Parent View

Parent View - Give Ofsted your view on your child's schoolParent View allows parents and carers to give their views about their child’s school at any time of the year. It features 12 questions that cover a range of issues important to parents and schools, including how the school deals with behaviour and bullying, the quality of teaching and leadership, the level of homework set and a final question on whether or not a parent would recommend the school. Once a small number of surveys are completed, the results for the school are visible in Parent View.

Feedback from parents in the May 2016 survey:

Wonderful teachers who are always very approachable and helpful. My child has learnt so many things this year and his confidence has improved wonderfully (especially with reading.)

As this is my first child I’m not sure what to expect regarding progress and how much to do at home but parents evenings have been reassuring and informative.

The children have a very broad education and are taught in a very engaging way. We have been very impressed by the variety of topics and activities covered.

She loves school and is happy and thriving.

I think the school is suited to my child and I am very happy with the school

Child has learnt a phenomenal amount in first year of school. Reading and writing has developed hugely and child has grown in confidence and developed a real sense of responsibility.

Reading cafes and class assemblies are fantastic initiatives.

Friends of Mousehold do a great job.

An amazing school. Both of my children have done so well at Mousehold. It is a great place to start a child’s education.

Have been happy to see her grow into a kind, young lady.

My son has had a fantastic 3 years at Mousehold. I am very happy with how much he has learned and still learning and all teachers he has had each year have been great. Thank you.

My child is adequately challenged at school and on the whole has really enjoyed her time at Mousehold.
